Employee Benefits – Client Manager

Location: Multiple UK locations; hybrid

What you will do

• Own end-to-end relationships across a portfolio of Employee Benefits clients and coordinate stakeholders across hirify.global’s teams.
• Develop client reward strategies and act as a strategic adviser supporting people and employee outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to broaden client relationships, grow revenue, and secure long-term contract renewals.
• Lead client escalations and coordinate internal teams through timely resolution of complex issues.
• Prepare account plans, action logs, and business-as-usual toolkits, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Monitor market trends, regulations, legislation, and changes affecting client reward strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Employee Benefits, health and wellbeing, or the human capital management industry, including benefits technology.
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior client stakeholders and the ability to act as a credible long-term adviser.
• Experience shaping and executing account strategies that improve client and employee outcomes.
• Commercial acumen demonstrated through sustained revenue growth, relationship expansion, and contract renewals.
• Ability to respond to client change and emerging needs with proactive account and service solutions.
• Confidence leading complex or high-risk client escalations and coordinating effective resolutions.
