Internal Account Manager (FMCG)

What you will do

• Sell and promote over-the-counter products to pharmacies at agreed prices and deal levels.
• Achieve daily call, order, and value targets using the established telesales model.
• Manage a territory, drive brand growth, and develop new business opportunities.
• Support clients during sales drives and create promotional materials.
• Plan calls effectively, maintain high standards, and use the CRM system to track performance and identify trends.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in telephone account management in a target-driven environment.
• Strong CRM skills, including loading results and running reports.
• Excellent communication and planning skills.
• Good standard of education, including Maths and English.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
