What you will do

• Accountable for end-to-end construction delivery for multiple concurrent data center projects in the AMER region.
• Oversee pre-construction activities including site due diligence, acquisition, and permitting.
• Manage utility execution from connection agreements through to site energization.
• Direct the regional commissioning program to ensure full compliance with stakeholder requirements.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and commercial teams to align project scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Support the development of the regional pipeline in line with the company's 5-year business plan.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in large-scale data center construction is essential.
• Proven track record in building and managing regional execution teams within the construction industry.
• Deep knowledge of the AMER region construction supply chain and industry contract norms.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and multi-team projects.
• Solid cost and commercial understanding regarding the impact of technical decisions on budgets.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for complex infrastructure challenges.
