What you will do

• Manage quality planning, field oversight, deficiency tracking, and cross-discipline quality coordination.
• Develop and maintain project quality management plans, inspection logs, and reporting cadences.
• Conduct regular field quality walks and readiness reviews to identify and document issues.
• Drive timely resolution of deficiencies with general contractors, trade partners, vendors, and design teams.
• Review quality-related submittals, test reports, commissioning prerequisites, and equipment documentation.
• Support factory witness testing, Level II inspections, integrated systems testing, and turnover documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, quality management, or a relevant trade discipline.
• 7+ years of QA/QC, construction management, field engineering, or commissioning experience on complex capital projects.
• Experience with MEP-intensive, data center, mission-critical, industrial, or utility projects.
• Working knowledge of quality management plans, deficiency logs, and closeout requirements.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Allentown, PA.

Nice to have

• Data center commissioning or integrated systems testing experience.
• Certifications such as CQE, CQM, ICC, OSHA 30, PE, or commissioning credentials.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, and controls quality programs for mission-critical infrastructure.
