What you will do

• Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, cost plans, and financial performance reports.
• Develop value engineering and life cycle costing options to drive project efficiency.
• Identify project risks and maintain the Risk Register.
• Manage change order logs, invoice logs, and pricing research.
• Collaborate with design teams to assess cost implications and implement outcomes.
• Attend client meetings to document key actions and provide cost-related insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in cost management.
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, management techniques, and materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be based in or able to work in El Paso, TX.

Nice to have

• Experience working in hyper-scale data centers.
• Proficiency in CostX for producing estimates and bills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
