What you will do

• Lead and contribute to research and evaluation projects on education and training policy.
• Produce analytical papers, case studies, and comparative reports for EU clients.
• Facilitate workshops, working groups, and knowledge exchange activities for diverse stakeholders.
• Support the delivery of large-scale technical assistance and policy implementation programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, experts, and external stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Contribute to proposal writing and the development of technical offers.

Requirements

• University degree in public policy, politics, economics, or law.
• 6+ years of professional experience in consultancy, public policy, or government affairs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Right to work in the UK, Belgium, Spain, or Germany (or eligibility for visa sponsorship).
• Solid foundation in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
