What you will do

• Lead the global construction strategy and execution for hyperscale data center projects.
• Accountable for global pre-ops safety, site due diligence, acquisition, and permitting.
• Manage the complete construction delivery lifecycle from inception through operations.
• Oversee global utility execution and the commissioning program to ensure stakeholder compliance.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and commercial teams to align project scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Contribute to technical innovation and the development of new business strategies.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data center construction at scale.
• Proven track record in building and managing global execution teams.
• Deep knowledge of the global construction supply chain and industry contract norms.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-cultural teams.
• Significant experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional capital projects.
• Strong cost and commercial understanding regarding the impact of technical decisions.
