What you will do

• Develop and maintain should-cost models for polymer-based compounds including outsoles, midsoles, and speedboards.
• Lead formula and market-based pricing negotiatihirify.globals with global chemical and material suppliers.
• Analyze global petrochemical markets and raw material indices to provide risk-mitigating forecasts.
• Standardize databases and tracking tools for chemical materials to support global cost initiatives.
• Establish financial frameworks for sustainable polymers aligned with corporate sustainability goals.
• Collaborate cross-functihirify.globalally with Polymer Science, Innovatihirify.global, and Sourcing teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Polymer Engineering, Polymer Science, Finance, or Business.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and financial modeling.
