Water Treatment Specialist (Industrial Water Treatment)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; hybrid work arrangement with approximately 10–12 travel days per month

What you will do

• Provide technical support to grow the industrial water treatment business in Vietnam.
• Identify customer requirements and convert gaps into opportunities through product selection, cost-in-use analysis, ROI calculations, and value delivery.
• Plan and conduct on-site trials, customer audits, pilot programs, and approval processes.
• Lead value propositions, innovations, and product offerings across customer sites and industry segments.
• Train and support sales teams on water and wastewater treatment programs.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, OEMs, service providers, and global water treatment specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related Science discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in water treatment, preferably chemical treatment for industrial applications.
• Experience with industrial customers and utility water and wastewater treatment applications.
• Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken, with the ability to deliver technical presentations and customer training.
• Ability to travel approximately 10–12 days per month or as business needs require.
