What you will do

• Identify industrial customer requirements and convert them into actionable growth opportunities.
• Develop systematic programs including product selection, ROI calculations, and operational benefit analyses.
• Plan and execute on-site trials and audits to secure product approvals.
• Lead the implementation of new innovations and value propositions.
• Train and support the local sales team on water and wastewater treatment programs.
• Collaborate with global technical support and country business leaders to meet growth targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related Science discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in water treatment, specifically chemical treatment for industrial applications.
• Proven experience with utility water and wastewater treatment for industrial customers.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to travel approximately 10–12 days per month as business needs dictate.
