What you will do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, cost plans, and benchmarking reports.
• Develop Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing options.
• Identify project risks, maintain risk registers, and support procurement processes.
• Advise design teams and clients on cost implications during project meetings.
• Manage lease negotiations, change orders, invoices, and development appraisals.
• Contribute to project templates and draft qualification questionnaires.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 6+ years of professional cost management experience.
• Proven experience working on Heavy Civils Projects, specifically within the Data Center sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365.
• Strong expertise in post-contract administration and project close-out skills.
• Must be based in the United States
