What you will do

• Direct overall construction activities for pharmaceutical laboratory and office retrofit projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and CSA package leads.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards, GMP requirements, and building codes.
• Develop detailed construction schedules and coordinate sequencing to minimize operational disruptions.
• Implement pharma-specific quality control procedures and oversee technical inspections.
• Manage construction risks and provide regular project updates to senior management and clients.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of construction management experience in data centers or mission-critical projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing large projects with multiple trades and complex scheduling.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholder groups.
• Right to work in Europe.
