What you will do

• Translate infrastructure goals into clear workstream charters, milestones, and execution plans.
• Build integrated execution plans for network, controls, and data hall design and whitespace deployment.
• Coordinate between network, structural, electrical, mechanical, and operations teams to ensure alignment.
• Manage third-party design teams from concept through detailed design and release readiness.
• Maintain dependency maps, risk registers, and decision logs for assigned workstreams.
• Drive readiness tracking for 1P, 3P, colo, and CSP programs, including bring-up sequencing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in engineering program management, data center deployment, or complex infrastructure delivery.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs through the full lifecycle from design to operations.
• Technical fluency in data hall deployment, network interfaces, and controls coordination.
• Experience building integrated schedules, dependency maps, and risk registers.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Must be based in San Francisco, USA.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with hyperscale data centers, AI infrastructure, or HPC environments.
• Experience with high-density data hall or HAC-related design and deployment.
• Familiarity with 1P, 3P, colocation, and cloud service provider (CSP) delivery models.
• Ability to read technical documentation like one-line diagrams, P&IDs, and network diagrams.
