What you will do

• Oversee and manage a portfolio representing 30% of the group's real estate book value.
• Implement asset optimization strategies and resolve environmental, functional, and economic compliance issues.
• Provide functional leadership to the regional real estate network and act as a liaison between corporate and regional operations.
• Support and deliver major divestment projects and new build/renovation initiatives.
• Manage budgets, prepare forecasts, and ensure consistent reporting routines.
• Organize site reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives through benchmarking and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• Professional qualification or proven experience in real estate, ideally within an industrial environment.
• Strong project management expertise with experience in industrial and real estate projects.
• Proficiency in SAP and Power BI.
• Solid knowledge of legal aspects related to real estate and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work cross-functionally within matrix organizational structures.
