What you will do

• Lead workforce planning aligned to growth, margin improvement, and go-to-market transformation
• Act as a core advisor to senior leaders across Sales & Operations and RevOps on organization design and investment
• Strengthen a high-performance culture by linking differentiation to rewards and capability decisions
• Lead the people agenda for Americas GTM transformation and global RevOps maturity
• Build leadership pipelines for critical commercial and RevOps roles
• Drive AI-enabled simplification and automation to improve HR process scalability

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in HR, including senior HR Partner or leadership roles in global, matrixed environments
• Experience with commercial or revenue-driven organizations (Sales, GTM, or RevOps)
• Expertise in workforce planning, organization design, and transformation
• Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and scale
