What you will do

• Serve as the senior HR partner to Operations leadership, embedded in strategic planning, workforce decisions, and org design as the organization scales globally.
• Lead the PBP workstream on expansion in partnership with internal People teams.
• Translate growth into headcount planning in close partnership with Talent Acquisition and other People teams.
• Partner with Operations leaders on executive development, coaching, and succession planning for senior leadership.
• Drive talent mapping and calibration for Ops leadership, including job architecture and leveling.
• Advise on org structure, spans and layers, and headcount decisions across new geographies and facilities; consult on complex people risk and workplace matters.

Requirements

• Experience as an HR Business Partner / People Business Partner supporting senior operations leadership.
• Proven ability to operate in high-volume, ambiguous environments while maintaining accountability and quality.
• Strong capability in workforce planning, org design, and talent calibration/leveling.
• Experience advising on complex people matters and balancing risk, speed, and business practicality.
• Ability to build credibility quickly with operational leaders and partner effectively across People teams.

Salary: $149,000–$198,000 (base range)
