What you will do

• Lead packaging development from initial concept to final production, ensuring alignment with brand identity and product requirements.
• Manage and develop international supplier relationships, including contract ownership and building a strong second-tier supplier base.
• Drive cost optimization through open costing, cost breakdowns, and price negotiations.
• Research and implement sustainable materials and techniques to support ESG targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Buying, Design, Marketing, and Ecom teams to ensure a seamless concept-to-consumer approach.
• Manage critical path timelines and capacity planning to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Strong experience in packaging development, sourcing, or product development, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
• Solid knowledge of international sourcing and country-specific supplier markets.
• Proven negotiation experience, including managing cost breakdowns and forecasting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
• Awareness of sustainability, materials, and compliance requirements.
