Operations & Purchasing Manager (Network Monitoring)

Location: Hybrid at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, Netherlands; the position is open to worldwide candidates

What you will do

• Manage purchasing for components, materials, services, and other operational requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, lead times, and supplier agreements while monitoring supplier performance.
• Coordinate purchasing, production, logistics, inventory, and administration to ensure timely material availability.
• Identify alternative suppliers, reduce supply chain risks, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Coordinate product certification activities, testing schedules, compliance requirements, and documentation.
• Support R&D and product development projects by coordinating suppliers, resources, timelines, and new product introductions.

Requirements

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with technical products, hardware, electronics, or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaborate with purchasing, production, logistics, R&D, and management.
• Strong English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience in electronics, hardware, networking, IT, industrial products, or manufacturing.
• Experience with product certification, compliance, or quality documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP, inventory management, purchasing, or project management systems.
• Dutch language skills.
