What you will do

• Define and implement procurement processes, templates, and approval frameworks from the ground up.
• Develop and execute category strategies for major indirect spend, including construction, operations, and software.
• Lead critical commercial and contractual negotiations with key suppliers and partners.
• Establish a structured supplier performance review process focusing on cost, quality, and ESG standards.
• Build and develop the procurement team while creating a network of internal procurement champions.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure spend visibility and deliver measurable cost reductions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of procurement or supply chain experience in complex, multi-geography environments.
• Proven track record in building procurement functions within capital-intensive or operations-heavy industries.
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management expertise.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a significant advantage.
• Ability to drive change through influence and build structure in ambiguous environments.
• Genuine passion for the energy transition and sustainable business practices.

• Fluency in German or French.
