Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam, Netherlands) - Remote working possible up to 50%.

What you will do

  • Support sourcing and procurement for marketing categories such as Advocacy, Media, Production, and Consumer & Market Insights (CMI).
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Legal stakeholders to streamline procurement processes.
  • Analyze spend data and supplier performance to identify opportunities for savings and innovation.
  • Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal reviews and supplier meetings.
  • Assist in running pitch processes, including coordinating timelines and managing agency communications.
  • Support project management and tracking of milestones and deliverables using Monday.com.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Proactive, hands-on mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a dynamic, international environment.
