What you will do

  • Develop and execute forward-lookhirify.global global category strategies for HR, Audit, Risk, and Travel.
  • Lead complex negotiations with global vendors for Payroll, RPO, L&D, and Statutory Audit services.
  • Identify demand and productivity improvements to meet financial and budget targets.
  • Manage supplier performance, risk, and segmentation while drivhirify.global innovation.
  • Influence and coach cross-functional teams and category buyers across different regions.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align procurement objectives with business needs.

Requirements

  • Over 6 years of experience in procurement, preferably within international financial services.
  • Over 6 years of experience in people management or functional coachhirify.global of procurement colleagues.
  • Over 5 years of category-specific experience in HR services (Payroll, RPO, L&D) and Risk-Audit.
  • Proven track record in deliverhirify.global procurement value and leadhirify.global transformations.
  • English: C1/C2 proficiency required for business communication.
  • Location: Hybrid work based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
