What you will do
- Develop and execute forward-look global category strategies for HR, Audit, Risk, and Travel.
- Lead complex negotiations with global vendors for Payroll, RPO, L&D, and Statutory Audit services.
- Identify demand and productivity improvements to meet financial and budget targets.
- Manage supplier performance, risk, and segmentation while driv innovation.
- Influence and coach cross-functional teams and category buyers across different regions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align procurement objectives with business needs.
Requirements
- Over 6 years of experience in procurement, preferably within international financial services.
- Over 6 years of experience in people management or functional coach of procurement colleagues.
- Over 5 years of category-specific experience in HR services (Payroll, RPO, L&D) and Risk-Audit.
- Proven track record in deliver procurement value and lead transformations.
- English: C1/C2 proficiency required for business communication.
- Location: Hybrid work based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
