What you will do

• Manage the sourcing and procurement of indirect goods and services, ensuring cost efficiency and policy compliance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Lead supplier selection, evaluation, and performance management to maintain high quality standards.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and contract discussions to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing procurement processes and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain functions.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• English: B2+ level for effective communication with various stakeholders.

• Additional language skills in Dutch or German.
