Location: Hybrid (London, UK) — 2-3+ days per week in the London office required

What you will do
- Own UK and EU customer acquisition numbers, focusing on CAC, LTV, payback period, and funnel conversion.
- Design and scale growth loops across paid, referrals, community, and event channels.
- Lead GTM for product launches to drive adoption and revenue impact through close collaboration with Product teams.
- Develop and localize ICP profiles for UK and EU markets based on cultural and customer needs.
- Build and deploy AI agent workflows for research, content production, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- 10+ years in growth, performance, or product marketing within fintech, e-commerce, or payments.
- Demonstrated experience owning growth numbers and efficiency metrics for UK and EU markets.
- Proven track record of building 0→1 acquisition engines from scratch.
- Experience scaling at least 3 durable acquisition channels (e.g., SEO, paid, partnerships, PLG).
- Cross-functional experience driving outcomes with Product teams.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the London office.
