What you will do

• Create content including copywriting, social media management, customer communications, and basic visual/video assets.
• Manage the industry events calendar, coordinate speaker pitches, and handle award submissions.
• Identify and execute customer co-marketing campaigns to promote the product alongside partner companies.
• Support PR and thought leadership by drafting and pitching content for executives.
• Track, analyze, and manage marketing performance reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• 2-3 years of experience in a B2B (preferred) or B2C marketing role.
• Strong copywriting skills across various formats and channels.
• Basic graphic design and video editing capabilities for independent content production.
• Basic understanding of fintech or financial services.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience managing social media accounts.
• Experience supporting PR activity, ideally within a fintech or regulated environment.
