Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
• Programming skills in Python and Java.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in the application of AI in HR.
• Ability to translate conceptual ideas into practical, technical solutions.
• Must be based in Germany
