What you will do

  • Support development and execution of B2B growth initiatives, including market expansion analyses, business cases, and GTM concepts.
  • Own recurring reporting and analytics topics (e.g., retention initiatives, CRM/Salesforce data, KPI tracking) and translate data into insights for team and leadership.
  • Drive smaller projects end-to-end: research, project plan creation, business case building, and presentation preparation; support larger cross-functional initiatives like CRM automation and lead allocation optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Tech, Finance) and challenge existing approaches to deliver scalable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a comparable field.
  • Initial practical experience or internships in consulting, e-commerce, or analytical/project-based roles (B2B experience is a plus).
  • Strong structured working approach with time and priority management; willingness to learn quickly and take responsibility.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
