TL;DR

SLED Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Leading and growing market presence in the State, Local, and Education sector with an accent on consultative sales and complex multi-stakeholder deal management. Focus on developing territory plans, driving lead generation, and aligning software solutions with executive-level business drivers.

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 base + bonus/commission (OTE $240k–$260k)

What you will do

  • Drive lead generation through collaboration with BDRs, targeted outreach, and partner networks.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans tailored to prospect pain points.
  • Partner with marketing to leverage content and events for personal lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity data in Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Communicate the value proposition to both operational and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Travel as needed for face-to-face sales calls and corporate meetings.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 5–7 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Direct experience selling into the SLED (State, Local, and Education) sector.
  • Expertise in solution selling and navigating complex organizational procurement processes.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with experience engaging C-suite and executive buyers.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
