What you will do

• Implement corporate policies related to human resources, organizational, and employee development at the division level.
• Consult with employees and managers to identify and resolve root causes of human resources issues.
• Participate in company-wide programs including salary reviews, stock renewal, and workforce planning.
• Assist senior management in developing solutions through organizational and cultural perspectives.
• Manage talent management and succession planning activities within the organization.
• Act as an internal expert in HR functional areas, determining objectives for critical projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in France.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in HR.
• University degree.
• Proven expertise in coaching, influencing, facilitation, and process development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
