What you will do
- Partner with management on strategic people topics including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
- Provide coaching and consultation to leaders to improve productivity, engagement, and employee experience.
- Anticipate and plan for organizational changes, identify risks, and develop corresponding action plans.
- Ensure leadership continuity through talent management processes in collaboration with L&D and CoE teams.
- Promote an organizational climate based on company values to strengthen employee engagement.
- Collaborate with TA, Finance, Legal, and other HR partners to execute people-related initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven track record as an HRBP in fast-paced global companies.
- Solid knowledge of French labor law requirements.
- Expertise in developing trusting relationships across all levels, from entry to C-suite.
- Ability to manage human resources at both strategic and tactical levels.
- English language fluency.
- Experience in multicultural and global environments to enable cross-cultural collaboration.
