What you will do

  • Partner with management on strategic people topics including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Provide coaching and consultation to leaders to improve productivity, engagement, and employee experience.
  • Anticipate and plan for organizational changes, identify risks, and develop corresponding action plans.
  • Ensure leadership continuity through talent management processes in collaboration with L&D and CoE teams.
  • Promote an organizational climate based on company values to strengthen employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with TA, Finance, Legal, and other HR partners to execute people-related initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as an HRBP in fast-paced global companies.
  • Solid knowledge of French labor law requirements.
  • Expertise in developing trusting relationships across all levels, from entry to C-suite.
  • Ability to manage human resources at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • English language fluency.
  • Experience in multicultural and global environments to enable cross-cultural collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of labor law in other European countries.
