What you will do
- Own the People Plan for Product & Engineering in collaboration with the CPTO and EVP Engineering.
- Coach and advise approximately 50 leaders within the segment to improve performance and culture.
- Lead organizational design, including structural reviews, spans, layers, and role clarity.
- Drive talent reviews and identify capability gaps to create development plans.
- Execute strategic workforce planning in partnership with Finance and TA.
- Champion the " Way" culture across leadership teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in Denmark to work from offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Kolding, or Aalborg.
- Proven experience as a PBP/HRBP in scale-ups, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Strong background in organizational architecture and systemic problem-solving.
- Experienced coach capable of advising senior leadership.
- Data-driven approach to people strategy and metrics.
- Solid HR generalist experience with depth in recruitment, reward, or L&D.
