TL;DR

Senior People Business Partner (SaaS/IoT): Shaping the people strategy for the Product & Engineering organization during its transformation into a full platform play with an accent on leadership coaching and organizational design. Focus on bridging business goals with people plans, solving structural architectural issues, and driving strategic workforce planning.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in Denmark (offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Kolding, or Aalborg)

What you will do

  • Own the People Plan for Product & Engineering in collaboration with the CPTO and EVP Engineering.
  • Coach and advise approximately 50 leaders within the segment to improve performance and culture.
  • Lead organizational design, including structural reviews, spans, layers, and role clarity.
  • Drive talent reviews and identify capability gaps to create development plans.
  • Execute strategic workforce planning in partnership with Finance and TA.
  • Champion the "hirify.global Way" culture across leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Denmark to work from offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Kolding, or Aalborg.
  • Proven experience as a PBP/HRBP in scale-ups, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong background in organizational architecture and systemic problem-solving.
  • Experienced coach capable of advising senior leadership.
  • Data-driven approach to people strategy and metrics.
  • Solid HR generalist experience with depth in recruitment, reward, or L&D.
