What you will do
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams, managing up to 6 direct reports and matrix managing 100+ colleagues.
- Drive the delivery of a wide portfolio of commercial and KLO initiatives to maximize business value.
- Establish and manage PU delivery plans, ensuring alignment across squads and removing blockers.
- Facilitate portfolio planning cycles and contribute to the Quarterly Planning Process (QPP).
- Manage resource capacity, budget allocations, and expenditure tracking to resolve bottlenecks.
- Act as the primary delivery contact for executive sponsors and senior leadership (GLT).
Requirements
- Expertise in portfolio and programme management with a proven ability to govern large, complex, cross-functional portfolios.
- Significant experience in leadership roles within large, technology-led organisations.
- Deep understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Skilled in change leadership and influencing across organisational boundaries.
- Must be able to pass Right to Work checks in the UK.
