Salary: £95,000 - £125,000

What you will do

• Partner with executive sponsors to define and communicate the data transformation vision and success measures.
• Lead the delivery of data programs, ensuring measurable business outcomes and strategic impact.
• Drive organizational adoption by identifying capability gaps and fostering data literacy.
• Establish and maintain robust program structure, governance frameworks, and delivery approaches.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams to ensure transparent reporting.
• Coach and mentor a team of Lead and Senior Project Managers.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Extensive experience in high-profile program delivery within complex technology environments.
• Proven track record in data program delivery with technical fluency to translate vision into roadmaps.
• Experience leading cultural change, adoption, and education initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience in complex program logistics, including budgetary and commercial management.
