What you will do

• Maintain consolidated financial and operational oversight, tracking forecast vs actuals, burn rates, variances, and scope alignment.
• Manage governance including actions, decisions, risks, dependencies, milestones, and commitments, coordinating proactive follow-ups.
• Act as central coordination point, translating meetings into clear actions/owners/timelines and supporting consistent ways of working/templates/reporting.
• Work directly with stakeholders on financial reconciliation and ensure decisions/dependencies are captured and closed.

Requirements

• Experience providing programme financial tracking, operational oversight, governance coordination, and targeted business analysis support.
• Ability to maintain structured tracking of commitments, risks, and milestones without adding delivery overhead.
• Strong coordination skills to align forecast, delivery, finance, and stakeholders across the programme.
• Comfortable reporting into directors and enabling technical leadership focus on outcomes and execution.
