Salary: $120,000 – $145,000 USD

What you will do

• Drive the product roadmap for A2A and money movement capabilities across multiple payment rails.
• Define and prioritize features based on customer needs, transaction data, and regulatory constraints.
• Lead end-to-end product discovery via customer interviews, partner sessions, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering on system design, including funds flow, settlement, and ledger logic.
• Partner with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure operational readiness and regulatory alignment.
• Define and monitor success metrics to iterate on product performance post-launch.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in payments or financial services.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on experience with A2A payment systems such as ACH, RTP, FedNow, push-to-card, or open banking.
• Strong understanding of payment infrastructure, including settlement and reconciliation mechanics.
• Proven experience owning complex products from discovery through launch in high-growth environments.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering on system design trade-offs.

Nice to have

• Experience with open banking APIs, ACH/Reg E/Nacha rules, or embedded finance use cases.
• Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
