Director, Product Management - A2A & Money Movement (Fintech): Owning the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for Account-to-Account (A2A) bank payment capabilities with an accent on real-time payment rails, ACH, and open banking. Focus on scaling money movement products, managing product P&L, and leading a team of PMs and Designers to drive revenue and partner adoption.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)
Salary: $160,000 – $210,000 USD

What you will do
- Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for A2A rails including ACH, RTP, FedNow, open banking, and payouts.
- Define business cases and go-to-market strategies with clear revenue targets and margin expectations.
- Manage the product P&L for the money movement value stream and report outcomes to the CPO.
- Lead relationships with banks, payment networks (Nacha, The Clearing House), and ODFI/RDFIs.
- Establish fraud, compliance, and risk frameworks for A2A products in collaboration with Legal and Ops.
- Build, manage, and develop a team of PMs and Designers, setting OKRs and growth plans.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product management, with at least 5 years specifically in payments or financial services.
- Hands-on experience owning A2A payment products (ACH, RTP, FedNow, or open banking).
- Proven track record of growing revenue-generating payment products and owning a product P&L.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of Product Managers.
- Experience leading product through a corporate acquisition, including integration and consolidation.
- Must have the legal right to be employed in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with open banking platforms such as Plaid, MX, or Finicity.
- Nacha Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification.
- Experience with cross-border money movement or FX.
- MBA or experience in high-growth fintech environments.
