What you will do

• Manage after-sales service for ECA China products, with a primary focus on Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP).
• Conduct regular customer visits to monitor equipment conditions and proactively identify service needs.
• Execute maintenance contracts and coordinate project handovers during installation and commissioning stages.
• Perform site inspections, complete logs, and propose technical retrofit concepts or spare parts solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals and quotations to drive sales opportunities and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate supply chain management and supplier development for mechanical components with global centers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the air pollution control industry, specifically with ESP.
• Deep knowledge of ESP mechanical components, installation procedures, and quality control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to read AutoCAD drawings.
• Good command of spoken and written English for technical and commercial communication.
• Willingness to travel frequently within China and occasionally internationally.

Nice to have

• Experience in spare parts sales or technical service sales.
• Experience in supplier development and procurement coordination within the domestic machining market.
