Field Service Engineer (Compressors)

Location: Hybrid, Shanghai, China; willing to travel is required.

What you will do

• Install and commission compressor equipment at customer sites.
• Train customers to operate compressor equipment after commissioning.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, day-to-day service operations, and remote customer support for compressors and expanders.
• Diagnose complex technical problems with customers and provide complete solutions.
• Provide technical advice to minimize equipment downtime and report technical issues, customer concerns, and aftermarket opportunities to service supervisors.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams on after-sales service and product quality feedback.

Requirements

• College degree or higher in mechanical engineering or an equivalent field.
• More than one year of experience servicing compressor equipment or related equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel and provide on-site customer service.
