What you will do

• Adapt global marketing content, including campaign materials and case studies, for local relevance and cultural accuracy.
• Coordinate the planning and delivery of regional events, managing logistics, suppliers, and attendee communications.
• Support local sales and business development teams by maintaining credentials libraries and coordinating nurture content.
• Manage regional partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring consistent brand representation.
• Produce internal communications for regional leadership and maintain regional intranet hubs.
• Track and manage regional marketing budgets, including raising purchase orders and reporting on spend.

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills in English with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Experience in adapting or producing marketing content such as copy, presentations, or campaign materials.
• Experience supporting event planning or coordination.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and logistics simultaneously.
• Basic proficiency with Gen AI tools for content adaptation, drafting, and research.
• Ability to work independently in-region while collaborating with a remote global team.
