What you will do

• Design technical architecture, data flow, and integration strategies for complex HubSpot client requirements.
• Act as the ultimate point of technical escalation for API, Zapier, and custom integration roadblocks.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure builds are technically sound, efficient, and aligned with best practices.
• Develop standardized, repeatable HubSpot architectures for specific industry verticals to create scalable products.
• Lead the integration of HubSpot Breeze (Copilot, Agents, Intelligence) across client portals and workflows.
• Source, interview, and technically vet new high-level integration developers and API specialists.

Requirements

• Expertise in HubSpot architecture and technical design.
• Strong proficiency in managing complex API and Zapier integrations.
• Ability to align with Sydney business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Sydney).
• Experience in technical leadership, including mentoring specialists to level up their integration skills.
• Ability to translate custom one-off builds into scalable, out-of-the-box industry solutions.
