What you will do

• Define and evolve the solution architecture for the Implement to Renew (I2R) value stream.
• Drive innovative, AI-enabled solutions to transform operations and increase scale and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to translate business needs into scalable technical roadmaps.
• Lead architectural design for CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms (CDPs), and analytics platforms.
• Implement event-driven architectures, real-time data pipelines, and API-first integrations.
• Ensure architectural alignment across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and promote DevSecOps practices.

Requirements

• 12+ years of industry experience designing and implementing technical solutions.
• 8+ years of experience specifically in solution or enterprise architecture roles.
• 3+ years of experience working within a SAFe environment or other scaled Agile frameworks.
• Deep understanding of integration patterns across Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo, and Snowflake.
• Must be based in the United States of America.

Nice to have

• SAFe® Architect Certification.
• Experience with identity resolution, consent management, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API gateways.
