What you will do

• Act as the subject matter expert for the integration ecosystem, including pre-built and custom APIs, SFTP, and SAML.
• Lead technical demonstrations for late-stage sales opportunities to secure IT approval and technical buy-in.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify and communicate integration gaps.
• Create and maintain customer-facing technical guides for third-party integrations.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and use regular expressions for data processing in ERP integrations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Architect, or in Technical IT Consulting with a focus on integrations.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and system interoperability.
• Experience with ERP systems, cloud storage administration, and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical IT concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the UK or have valid work authorization as visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Degree in IT, Business Systems, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency in scripting and data formats (e.g., Python, SQL, JSON, regex).
• Experience publishing or updating technical documentation.
