What you will do

• Lead the design, integration, and evolution of an enterprise virtual assistant and AI-driven capabilities.
• Translate business and operational needs into secure, scalable technical architectures.
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise IT solutions including observability, backup, recovery, and contact center software.
• Guide implementation strategies and ensure seamless integration across identity platforms and collaboration tools.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, solution standards, and hands-on guidance to development teams.

Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise IT solutions that integrate multiple platforms and services.
• Strong expertise with IT service management (ITSM) platforms, specifically ServiceNow.
• Solid understanding of cloud architectures and integration patterns using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience integrating identity, access management (Azure AD/Entra ID), and collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams).
• Working knowledge of APIs, web services, and event-driven architectures for SaaS connectivity.
• English: C1 proficiency required for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with DEM endpoint tooling such as Riverbed Aternity, Nexthink, or Lakeside.
• Knowledge of Contact Center Software like Five9, AWS Connect, MS Dynamics, or Genesys.
• Experience with Enterprise Virtual Assistant solutions such as Moveworks or Aisera.
• Experience with Enterprise Observability platforms like Dynatrace.
• The Open Group - Master Certified Architect or AWS/Azure/AI certifications.
