Location: Must be based in London (Hybrid: minimum 40% time in office required).

What you will do

  • Lead and align cross-functional teams to orchestrate seamless execution across multiple platforms.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-platform change initiatives.
  • Actively manage dependencies and ensure integrated planning across business and technology.
  • Identify risks, remove blockers, and resolve complex delivery challenges.
  • Influence stakeholders across Business, Technology, Risk, and Operations to drive alignment.
  • Ensure strong governance and accountability while maintaining delivery pace.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex change delivery in financial services or regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of credit and lending journeys.
  • Proven expertise in dependency management and integrated planning.
  • Ability to operate credibly across both business and technology domains.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at a senior level.
  • Experience working in team-of-teams environments with a focus on continuous improvement.
