What you will do

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while actively developing new business opportunities.
  • Deliver sustained sales results through end-user selling and effective funnel management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development.
  • Connect customers with subject-matter experts to build credibility and confidence.
  • Operate effectively within a matrix environment to drive commercial success.
  • Apply analytical problem-solving skills to navigate a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor’s or MBA degree in Economics, Business, or a STEM field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a sales role within a medium to large international organization.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of sales fundamentals, including account planning and proposition development.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively both in person and remotely.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Working experience of Miller Heiman Strategic Selling methodology.
  • Experience with Value Selling processes.
