What you will do
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while actively developing new business opportunities.
- Deliver sustained sales results through end-user selling and effective funnel management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development.
- Connect customers with subject-matter experts to build credibility and confidence.
- Operate effectively within a matrix environment to drive commercial success.
- Apply analytical problem-solving skills to navigate a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor’s or MBA degree in Economics, Business, or a STEM field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a sales role within a medium to large international organization.
- Demonstrable knowledge of sales fundamentals, including account planning and proposition development.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively both in person and remotely.
- Experience working in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Working experience of Miller Heiman Strategic Selling methodology.
- Experience with Value Selling processes.
