Location: Reading, UK (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to the most critical global accounts, co-developing solutions for long-term success.
- Lead strategic dialogues with board-level executives to align solutions with core business challenges.
- Design and execute global commercial strategies and predictive models to achieve revenue targets.
- Orchestrate internal global resources and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Influence internal product roadmaps by aligning customer needs with the company's strategic vision.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategic sales or account management for complex global B2B software or tech accounts.
- Post-graduate business qualification (e.g., MBA or MSc).
- Proven track record of building and maintaining C-suite and board-level relationships.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and data-driven commercial strategies.
- Must be based in Reading, UK, and able to work in the office 3 days a week.
