TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (Software): Managing the top 3% of global accounts to transition them into deep long-term partnerships with an accent on commercial leadership and C-suite engagement. Focus on designing global commercial frameworks, driving mutual growth, and aligning product roadmaps with customer transformation agendas.

Location: Reading, UK (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the most critical global accounts, co-developing solutions for long-term success.
  • Lead strategic dialogues with board-level executives to align solutions with core business challenges.
  • Design and execute global commercial strategies and predictive models to achieve revenue targets.
  • Orchestrate internal global resources and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Influence internal product roadmaps by aligning customer needs with the company's strategic vision.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic sales or account management for complex global B2B software or tech accounts.
  • Post-graduate business qualification (e.g., MBA or MSc).
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining C-suite and board-level relationships.
  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and data-driven commercial strategies.
  • Must be based in Reading, UK, and able to work in the office 3 days a week.
