Innovation and AI Officer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead strategic innovation initiatives and conduct competitive and technological monitoring.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases in collaboration with various business units.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and deploy AI-driven projects from concept to implementation.
• Organize and execute innovation events such as hackathons and workshops.
• Design and deliver training sessions and educational content on AI and emerging technologies.
• Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to support the adoption of innovation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project, product, or innovation management.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their practical applications.
• Proficiency in Agile and innovative methodologies with experience in iterative development.
• Basic knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and emerging financial technologies.
• English: Proficiency required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or innovation.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French, Portuguese, Italian, or Dutch.
