What you will do

• Develop reusable AI workflows, engineering accelerators, and developer productivity tooling.
• Design and implement solutions using agent orchestration frameworks, agentic development platforms, and MCP-based integrations.
• Help engineering teams adopt new technologies and practices at scale.
• Run workshops, communities of practice, and technical enablement programmes.
• Work with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, Kafka, and event-driven architectures.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic development platforms.
• Experience with MCP-based tooling and integrations.
• Experience creating reusable AI workflows, engineering accelerators, or developer productivity tooling.
• Experience enabling teams to adopt technologies and engineering practices at scale.
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, Kafka, or event-driven architectures, preferably in large-scale digital, retail, or eCommerce environments.
