Senior AI Engineer

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and support the deployment of NLP and generative AI products, including RAG systems, content generation, and recommendation solutions.
• Experiment with multiple approaches through rapid prototyping and identify suitable datasets for machine learning.
• Drive data annotation and develop machine learning applications with other technical experts.
• Iteratively improve AI systems and run evaluation experiments, including statistical analysis of results.
• Track developments in machine learning, GenAI, emerging technologies, and academic research.
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an AI or IT Engineer; more than 5 years with a Bachelor’s degree as the highest qualification.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or another relational database, content applications, microservices, and production-ready code.
• Knowledge of NLP techniques, RAG systems, agentic orchestration, MCP servers, classification, data transformations, optimization, deep neural networks, semantic extraction, and text representation.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Docker, Azure, GCP, AWS, and RESTful or asynchronous APIs.
• Fluent English required; strong teamwork, independent and transparent collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

• Vector database knowledge.
• Front-end development experience, cloud administration, serverless cloud deployment, or advanced Linux knowledge.
