Customer Project Manager (Railway Telecommunications)

Location: Hybrid in Israel or Portugal, with offices in Kfar Sava and Lisbon.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of customer projects and programs.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, opportunities, and financial performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the primary customer interface throughout delivery.
• Ensure contractual commitments, performance targets, governance requirements, and quality standards are met.
• Drive change management, stakeholder communications, KPI monitoring, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Support pre-sales, business development, contract growth, renewals, and additional customer value.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in customer project management and contract management.
• Experience delivering complex customer-facing projects in railway, transportation, or telecommunications environments.
• Strong knowledge of T2G, railway systems, and IP backbone networks.
• Experience with project financials, forecasting, commercial performance, risk management, change management, and project governance.
• Strong customer relationship management, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent English and Hebrew are required. A bachelor's degree in engineering, telecommunications, business, or a related field is preferred.

• Rollout and deployment management experience.
• Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
