Data Analyst (Healthtech)

What you will do

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for Operations, Finance, Clinical, and Programme teams to answer critical business questions.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in operational and clinical data to improve patient outcomes.
• Design and maintain automated dashboards in Looker to track business KPIs and financial performance.
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team on data modeling, dbt transformations, and data governance.
• Partner with non-technical stakeholders to translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar analytics role.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying, filtering, joining, and aggregating data.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks (BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, dbt).
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Degree in a quantitative subject (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, etc.).
• Experience in healthcare, public health, or other regulated industries.
• Exposure to Python or R for data analysis and statistical work.
• Familiarity with dbt or other data transformation frameworks.
