What you will do

  • Manage annual and total contract value recurring revenue targets for the region.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans in collaboration with local leadership.
  • Drive accurate funnel management and revenue forecasting within SFDC.
  • Lead a team of subject matter experts to provide presales support, including design and proposals.
  • Educate customers and partners on the hirify.global value proposition.
  • Represent the company at trade associations and industry events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • 10+ years of experience in unified communications sales at the enterprise level.
  • Proven track record of success in competitive markets.
  • Experience interfacing with C-Level executives.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
